What Benefits do Agrarians have from Policy?

National deputies aim at improving the system of granting subsidies to the producers of agriculture goods. With this purpose the Law “On Amending Some Laws of Ukraine in Relation to Support of Agro-Industrial Complex in the Conditions of World Financial Crisis” was adopted and it came into force on January, 1, 2010. In particular, it foresees to implement the principal budgetary program according to which the differentiated payments to the village habitants for every milk cow were to be carried out.
