Substantive Analysis of Legal Aspects of International Relations in the Soviet Ukraine in 1917-1939*

Appeal of the author of the reviewing monograph to the experience of legal regulation of international relations in the Soviet Ukraine is reasonable and well-timed because the system reflecting of achievements and losses of that period has a significant meaning for putting into life of the effective legal mechanism of ethno-political processes management which finally has to provide full realization of national rights and freedoms of the citizens of Ukraine.
