Political and Institutional Pre-Conditions of Reform of Local Self-Government in Modern Ukraine

Political process in Ukraine presently has several features related to transformation nature of society. One of them is focusing of making of political decisions at the level of ministries and administrations within the framework of interaction between political powers and branches of power. Region and local self-government development, in particular, normative provision of its activity, is among top-priority tasks of political life alongside the problems of power distribution of the highest state authorities, selection of form of government and legislative provision of elective processes. Political life in Ukrainian country is characterized with the conflict interaction of main political institutes: political parties, state institutes, groups of interests, public associations and organizations.
