State proposes to Legalize “Grey” Cottages for 600 Hryvnyas

About 1.5 million dwelling and country houses are considered to be illegally taken. Having collided with bureaucracy and over-regulation of the procedure of receiving of authorization documents, a lot of people began to build without permissions. So the government by the Decree № 1035 of September, 9, 2009 adopted the temporal order by which the citizens can legalize their houses.
