Subjective Poverty According to the Estimates of Sociology and Statistics

The attempt to analyze the approaches toward the definition of poverty in Ukraine according to the method of self-evaluation, which are used in the national sociology and statistics, was made in the work. Comparison of key figures of material status of households (families) according to self-evaluation in sociological and statistical terms was carried out.
