American Immigration Policy of 1945-1949 Regarding Refugees and Movement of People

The twentieth century is sometimes called “American century” and it can be interpreted as if the USA gained the world leadership, first of all, through economic upturn in the first half and military and political leadership in the post-war epoch in the second half of the XX century. New world order changed the main point of international interests of the United States itself and it meant that the external policy common to other states which are at the stage of development is already irrelevant and should be renewed.
