Place of debates and advancement of interests

Within the framework of debates on 64th the session of General Assembly of UNO in New York delegation of Ukraine headed President by Victor by Yushchenko suggested to conclude the Ecological constitution of Earth and also create a regional institute on the African continent, which under an aegis of UNO would execute the functions of informative center and center of the operative reacting in a fight against piracy. Unfortunately, expectations of Victor Yushchenko did not justify in relation to making Ukrainian suggestions in Resolution of UNO.
