The strategy of innovations

Already twenty years connection an «education-science-production» does not work to capacity in Ukraine. To 75 percents of scientific potential are used for support of the already attained scientific and technical level of economy of our state. Even at the rare cases of the sufficient financing of development of new technologies research centers do not cherish great expectations on commercialization and introduction of own innovations.
