Budget-2010. Manna from heaven?

During presentation of project of main financial document of the country on 2010 in the Ukrainian house prime Minister Yuliya Tymoshenko declared that a «conservative budget» which must become the most effective anti crisis program of the state is given for consideration offered to Verkhovna Rada. The strategic aims of government consists in scale support real the sector of economy, introduction «radically new» interbudgetary relations by a redistribution of 35 milliards of hryvnyas from a central budget in local and orientations on moderate and balanced social charges.
