Risks of the Ukrainian Society

The crisis in Ukraine reduces the level of governance of the country; makes well-timed solution of economic and social problems impossible; the power loses citizens’ faith; democracy appears to be under the threat. The development of conflicts depends on how far political elite has mastered the art of ants-crisis management. The power has to know both how to lead the society from the crisis and how to prevent from the appearance of new crisis.

In order to have an idea about the probability of the crisis appearance we have to take all risks into consideration. The notion “risk” (political, social) in the domestic science has been used recently. The risk is determined as the probability of undesirable events. Political forecast is possible in case if political risks are taken into consideration.
