The peculiarities of creation of the single cultural space of the united Europe

With a fall of the bi-polar system and the global confrontation of two states has came the cultural, economic and socially-political reunion of the people and countries. It appeared in the will to break the former political and the ideological gap. Since then the perspective of constructing the united Europe without borders has become the reality.
