There is no one to cry to: Save our souls!

At the plenary meeting on December, 2 the first vice-chairman of the parliament Oleksandr Lavrynovych reported that 26 antirecessionary bills had been considered preliminarily by the parliamentary committees, but only one was ready for the consideration in the session hall. And he also marked that it is necessary to pass the law about the State Budget for the next year till the end of December.
However, when this issue of the periodical was being made up, the deputies hadnt determined yet with the candidature on the position of the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada. The possibility of election of both technical leader of the parliament without the formation of coalition in order to renew the work and the formation of a new majority, and the elections of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada and the re-formation of the Cabinet of Ministers was being discussed. It is more likely that each of these variants will eliminate the conducting of parliamentary pre-elections. That is the way national deputies of Ukraine commented on the situation.

Valeriy Pysarenko (BYT):

Technical Chairman of the parliament will not add stability to the Verkhovna Rada.

in relation to the coalition between the BYT and the Party of regions: is has become possible since the Prime Minister declared about the necessity of association of all political forces represented in the parliament in order to find the way out from the crisis.

Anatoliy KINAKH (Party of regions):

The attempt to unite the fight against the crisis and pre-elections is the way to nowhere.

Kateryna Samoylyk (CPU):

I consider that in order to deblock the Verkhovna Rada the Chairman is needed to be chosen and he shouldnt be included to any coalition agreement.

Nonpolitical comment from Ulyana Mostipan (BYT):

In any situation people shouldnt not set any unattainable aims; they shouldnt have the overpriced necessities for themselves and requirements to the state or family.
