The Policy was “ordered off the field” of the national program

The head of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine – Arseniy Iatseniuk insists on the inclusion of some key principals to the project of “Home and foreign policy before the 2010”. The project was discussed and supported as the main one by all participants of the meeting of the Head of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Prime Minister of Ukraine and the leaders of the parliament fractions of the “Nasha Ukraina – Narodna Samooborona” block and the block of Yulia Tymoshenko on the June 24.

“this should be the national program before the 2010, that will consolidate all the fractions in the parliament and will not contain any resonant political questions. All the political questions are put outside the given bill” – mentioned the head of the Ukrainian parliament. According to his words, the “key goal of the bill – the competitive ability of Ukraine, and it needs to be supported by a range of economical, social ad law reforms and bills. It should all be done to increase the competitive ability of the country. Especially, it concerns the areas of education, medicine and culture”.

The bill contains? First of all, the key and macro economical blocks, particularly, the reducing the annual level of inflation? Increasing the GDP  and reducing the deficiency of the state budget.
