Key aspects of draft law of Ukraine “On Information Security”

Having analyzed the national legislation in the field of informational relations and especially acts that directly concern the information security and cyber security, it is possible to make the following conclusions.
Normative and legal definitions of the concept “information” require reinterpretation because they do not represent the essence of this phenomenon. These definitions have exclusively technological character and are applied for the sake of comfort for the subsequent construction, development and regulation of information relations both in general and specific sense.
