The transparency of the power: no patricians, no vassals

The problem of the transparency of the power is in its certain novelty for the native political and administrative practice. The traditions of recreation and understanding of it, is generally formed in the strict totalitarian regime. Moreover, gaining the transparency by the power is a very sensitive area of the interpersonal attitudes, that creates some additional problems. The hardest and the most contradictory situation is still the one, with understanding the necessity of the transparency of the power in the minds of the institutions and the society in general, because as the transparency of the power depends from the society and the society informational need, in the same way it depends from the country itself.
