Oleksiy SYSHCHUK, a journalist of “Viche” asked a representative of one of Kyiv higher educational institutes, and also foreign students — citizens of Iran and Turkey who suffered from beating - to comment on the situation with the numerous cases of attacks on foreign citizens in Kyiv.

From the editorial staff. Our foreign interlocutors refused to be taken pictures of for the magazine because of the fear of revenge. And we do not mention their last names for the same reason. These are, unfortunately, realities for many foreigners who live in Kyiv. For legal dwellers they are the same.
