Transport system in Sevastopol develops stably. Of course, it is worth of criticizing. But exactly due to it the connection is put right between the remotest city and settlement districts, carefully organized the thought out movement of passengers on all without exception bus routes. One of the first, who took risks to devote his forces and knowledge to perspective development of transport complex in the city became Vasyl Tsybulkin – presently he is a head of exemplary JSTC “PE “Tsybulkin”, that wins two years in succession in allukrainian competition of quality “Leader of transport industry of Ukraine”. He is said to be a man who takes care of the fate of the city and the country on the whole. Although there are only 30 cars of JSTC “PE”Tsybulkin” in the city.
