Without the paradigm of bringing up of euroschool-leaver it is impossible to educate the eurostudent

In this respect there is a large merit of city management of education and science, the institute of after diploma education of the city state humanitarian university, which have educated a new generation of methodists and teachers of high school for 35 years, who are able to influence on innovative processes in the system of city education.
