Winter is coming...

It is still warm as in summer in Ukraine. However, September nights already inform about the beginning of calendar autumn with its pre-winter breathing, colds, and consequently, with warning – one should warm its own house very soon. And it is always connected with the whole file of problems, especially in the housing and communal services of the state: lack of money, being late with repairs, not enough fuel.
