Why does a school bus skid?

There is not a school in every village in Cherkasy district at the present moment. Many pupils and teachers have to go to the neighbouring village or city. Overcoming about ten kilometers in the snow-storm or in the rain in the morning, you will hardly be able to work productively at a lesson. According to the figures made by teachers of Shevchenko’s district more than nine thousand students and almost two thousand teachers, who live in rural area, need transport to an educational establishment. The most difficult situation is in Khrystynivska, Korsun-Shevchenkivska, Kanivska, Lysyanska, Gorodyshchenska and Drabivska districts, where from 20 to 29 percent of pupils are needed to be provided by transport.
