How Constitutional Court is treated with a surgical interference

According to the legal doctrine of Ukraine President doesn't belong to any branch of power, thus there are no grounds for claiming that appointing and dismissing of judges from their administrative posts by the Head of state create any precondition for interference with the internal activity of juridical authorities.
