Scientific and legal principles of indemnification of ecological damage in the context of adaptation of national legislation to the legislation of EU


Scientists propose to define the concept of steady growth as a methodological basis for all legal sciences as its sense is to correlate the notions of needs of human beings and limitations of human beings' activity which are based on the principle of ecologization of public processes and concern all the spheres of public life.

It's relevant to note that statements borrowed from the American legislation played an important role during drawing up of European laws and regulations.
