Transition to the presidential-parliamentary form of government fairly opens new opportunities for subsequent development of democratic processes, determines new terms of dialog between government and citizens. Life sets up corresponding claims to all branches of power on a new stage of development of the Ukrainian state, but the Verkhovna Rada is urged to play a key role in providing of their effective collaboration, increase of responsibility for the results of their work. Exactly in the parliament diversity of thoughts and interests is transformed into state will. Possibility of democratic interference in the work of state organs with taking into consideration position of parties, community is appearing.
