The issue of the preliminary constitutional control of the draft laws on amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine

The article draws attention to the issue of the draft laws on amendments to the Basic Law previous constitutional control implementation. The absence of a comprehensive legal regulation of these draft laws review by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine procedure and subjects’ of legislative initiative non-complete recognition of the constitutional justice body’s acts validity and legal consequences are considered as most current issues and attention is paid thereto. The article examines the Constitutional Court practice in the relevant category cases and further perspectives of the adoption of draft laws subject to constitutional control. Thus, there are made conclusions on the problems arising therefrom and options for their elimination.r
