Effective law as a factor of that the citizens know their rights and duties

The question of the publication is about the norms of the article 57 of the Constitution of Ukraine concerning the constitutional human right to know own rights and responsibilities. It is notable a certain contradiction of regulations contents of this article what witnesses about their necessary additional analysis. In this connection the correlation of formal and notional aspects of the mentioned constitutional right is considered. The connection between knowledge of human rights and responsibilities and securing law validity and effectiveness by a state is demonstrated. The state responsibility to create proper conditions for the guaranteed realizing this right by citizens is noticed.
