The process of decentralization already passed from the stage of discussion and passing acts to the practical sphere, that is it is implemented on places. It was also testified by the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers where the perspective plans of forming of the territories of the societies of Luhansk, Kherson and Dnipropetrovsk regions were approved. They were presented for approval by Hennadii Zubko, Vice Prime-Minister – Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Communal Living.
