Decentralization: a chance for changes

The XI Ukrainian municipal forum (which took place in Odessa, on June, 22-24) has become a kind of platform for discussion of questions and developing a common position of public authorities and the Association of Cities of Ukraine regarding the development of the local government, improvement of the legal framework, the solution of concrete problems of life of local communities.
