“Removing privileges of inviolability” of the constant committees as an expression of democracy

Modern development of the local government made regional elites to re-examine the role and importance of constant committees in the activity of the local representative bodies. Municipal culture that has recently undergone significant qualitative changes, without the high culture of parliamentary committees can’t be complete. That’s why these bodies of local councils are being increasingly under thorough supervision of the local communities. So acquisition by the committees of the fighting spirit, of the ability for the effective and productive work is a very important task.
