New rules of direct democracy

The current Law of Ukraine regarding “All-Ukrainian referendum” has done its time. As a matter of fact it became clear in the day of its adoption. But then, in June of 2012 , a barrage of criticism of public figures, lawyers and experts came to nothing because of the political will of the “legitimate” and his crime partners: to remake the Constitution of Ukraine in his own way and to usurp the power in the state, using the tool of referendum.
