“We are “Iron”- we will break through!”

For the army commander his soldiers are always much more than just a line in the list of names of personnel. Subordinates value and respect their commander when he does his best for them by one hundred percent, where necessary he will tell and teach them, if necessary he will help and support, and sometimes he asks for advice himself. And, of course, he takes care of his boys in the fight: there are almost no losses in the battalion.
