Comparative analysis of legal investigation procedure in the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and the countries of the European Union

Comparative analysis of the constitutional system of justice in Ukraine and the countries of the EU, which was carried out in the legal literature for the first time, enables to determine similar and different features in the legal statuses of bodies for constitutional jurisdiction. The author considers the constitutional control as the most important function of the state, which is conditioned by the supremacy of the Constitution and the process of constitutionalization of the legal system in Ukraine, with in reference to the long-term application of the practice of the constitutional measuring of the legal regulation in the European countries. Successive logical and legal presentation of the material creates the integral picture of scientific and practical importance of the European experience in further development of the constitutional justice in Ukraine.
