EU flag on the banks of the Dnieper

Recall that on March 21 last year, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk signed the political part of the agreement, and on 27 June President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko – signed the entire text of the document. A year later it was ratified by 16 countries, several countries have ongoing final phase of ratification, and number of states are preparing for this process, which should finish by the end of 2015. The agreement officially will take effect only after the approval by all 28 EU countries. Terms of implementation of document is designed for 10 years, but some provisions of the EU and Ukraine are already performed.
