Kharkov: the situation in the city depends on the stabilization of the situation in the country

Kharkiv comes to life after the events which took place on March, 1. That day there was the real crushing of the premises of the Regional State Administration where the representatives of local “Euromaidan” stayed. The mass meeting in the Square of Freedom at a certain moment became “uncontrolled”, and the crowd moved “to free” the premises of the Regional State Administration.
