State modernization like a constitutionalism in action

The reviewed monograph “Problems of theory of the constitutional law of Ukraine” was prepared by the research workers of the department of constitutional law and local self-government of V.M. Koretskyi Institute of State and Law of the NAS of Ukraine under the direction of academician of the NAS of Ukraine Y. S. Shemshuchenko. The work is devoted to the problem of becoming and development of the theory of constitutional law which is very important from the point of theory and practice of constitutional formation and democratic modernization of the Ukrainian state system.
