World. Ukrainian resonance. Sad context

System crisis which has been capturing the political mechanism of Ukraine during the last two months, open reaction of the society on the activity of authority structures and, as a result, hard opposition of two camps, which, according to all features, is still far way from being finished, moved our state the position of “leader of discussions” within the framework of various international structures and covering in the world mass-media. Therefore, having defined cause-and-effect relationship of events which presently take place in Ukraine, and peculiar features of its internal and foreign policy development, the representatives of 47 countries-members of the Council of Europe, finally, managed to concentrate on the possible settlement of internal conflict, as in fact they took into account the preliminary estimates of the situation provided by other subjects of international relations and peculiar features of the regional political state of affairs.
