Searching for the truth

Local “Maidan” in Poltava, unlike in many other Ukrainian cities, managed to avoid fisticuffs. On January, 25 the expected assault of the regional state administration did not happen. At this the participants of local meeting in a quite peaceful way occupied the hall of meetings of the regional council. There they proclaimed about the creation of the National council in composition of which were the deputies of the state council, district councils and activists of different public organizations. Since then this premise turned for the habitants of Poltava to the original “guide-park” – a kind of political ground where everybody had the possibility to express his opinion.
