National Council already exists. But it still has no plenary powers

If to get back to the chronicle of the January events, right after the National Council of Ukraine in Khmelnytskyi “maidan” was created it was declared about the creation of National Council of Region. 25 people became its members. Actually at once the executive committee of this council was selected. It was headed by national deputy from UO “Svoboda”, citizen of Khmelnytskyi Ihor Sabiy.
