Recently the businesses matters brought me to the settlement of city type Chornomorske (Kominternivskiy district of Odesa region), former military town where once almost 10 thousand people lived. Local former 28-th mechanized division was meant to make an example. Closeness to the headquarters of Odesa military district, around 30 kilometers, predetermined frequent visits of military commanders, delegations, in particular foreign ones, to this town. Therefore, as it should be the connection of such grade, there always used to be order in everything.
