“Success of the reform will depend on the meaningful dialog between an employer and trade unions”

Trade union is said to be one big family which united its joint efforts in order to strive for the best terms of labour, payment for it, to resist the self-will of administration, to help each other during difficult times. It was possible to get convinced in that it is just like that at the regular meeting of the coordinating council of the heads of trade unions of marine transport which took place recently on the territory of the specialized marine port “October” in Mykolaiv, – tells the chairman of the trade union of workers of marine transport “Odesa Marine Port”, coordinator of the coordinating council of the heads of trade unions of marine transport of Ukraine Volodymyr Zaykov. In the west there were more than 20 leaders of trade-union motion of Ukraine.
