Happiness: Where is it?

During cross-cultural research on the perception of happiness in 95 countries conducted between 1995 and 2005, respondents were asked how they like their lives, that is “life they live”. The results show that Ukraine took the 92-th place. Along with it there were Armenia, Moldova, Zimbabwe and Tanzania. The happiest countries were Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Iceland, and Finland [3]. Data of global study of people's attitudes towards various aspects of life correlates with these results [2].
