Three Ukrainian presidents

(psychology of the political leadership)

Ukrainian politicians have convinced that a psychological factor has a great influence in the politics, because the personal features in many respects depend on the matter and forms of a political activity.

Psychological features of political leaders acquire a special sense in the conditions of public transformations. When political structures, attitudes, consciousness and activity (that segments of political sphere of a society together make) even during formation, the political authority in the state is based not so on political institutes, as on personal qualities of political leaders.

We may argue whether it is good or bad, but it is fact. For this reason we decided to interrogate a senior students of a leading universities of the capital concerning a political image of three Ukrainian presidents: Leonid Kravchuk (1991-1994), Leonid Kuchma (1994-2004) and Victor Yushchenko (elected in 2004). These psychological portraits and a self-made information-communicational model, undoubtedly, have a subjective character, but under the condition of an appropriate self-improvement of the politics of a VIP-level, which are endowed with the powers to approve a political decisions which are decisive for nation. And with a more professional work organization of their teams they may considerably strengthen the activity efficiency for the blessing of a society and with the purpose of continuation of own political biography.
