Prosecutor’s supervision after keeping within the law at application of additional measure in the form of mortgage in criminal processing

The importance of the selected theme is predetermined by the application of pre-trial restriction in the form of a mortgage is considered as the most effective alternative to the holding in detention. Changes which took place in the system and judicial order of application of pre-trial restriction in the criminal processing of Ukraine due to that the new Criminal Code of Ukraine [12] entered into force generate the need for the research of prosecutor’s supervision after keeping within the law at application of this pre-trial restriction.
