Education of lawyers of new generation. World experience and the realities of Ukrainian classic university

Education of top-qualification staff in the sphere of jurisprudence plays an invaluable role in providing the organs of state power, system of justice and law and order authorities with the specialists-lawyers. The declaration of the world conference “Science for the XXI century: new obligations” places the stake on the development of education, science and modern technologies as a unique method to avoid global resource crisis and provide prosperity of population on our planet. It is obvious that it is necessary for Ukraine to move to the European standards, its integration to the world educational and scientific space does not raise any doubts. Actually the way the education of national staff takes place influences greatly on the prestige of national education, science and success of such integration.
