International humanitarian law in XXI century

New social, economic, political and legal features and conditioned by them psycho emotional features of development of our civilization at the beginning of the XXI century impose the relevant stereotypes of conduct to the humanity. They differ greatly from those which were in the XX century where a priori adopted actual norm of law differed in motivation from legal, though, but could facilitate the performance of the set tasks of the humanity. One of such tasks was the humanizing of war.
