February revolution in Russia: attempt of theoretical and legal analysis of the phenomenon

Cognitive possibilities of social and humanitarian, in particular theoretical and legal disciplines are directed on the comprehension of the unique historical situation – formation of a conceptually new for the Ukrainian society state and legal way of life. This new feature in the development of the society foresees the synthesis of general and civilized (external) state and legal mechanisms, political and legal ideals and national social and cultural forms which found their reflection in the historical process.
