On the way to the effective society: pointers of Bohdan Gavrylyshyn

Beginning of a new educational year will be for a long time in the memory of the attendees of the Higher School of State Administration of the National academy of State Administration under the President of Ukraine. At one of the first lessons the economist of the world scale, adviser of the Ukrainian presidents, chairmen of the Verkhovna Rada and Prime Ministers of Ukraine, founder and director of the International Management Institute in Geneva Bohdan Gavrylyshyn delivered a lecture. The president of academy Yuriy Kovbasyuk needed several minutes to name all ranks, titles and rewards of the known Ukrainian economist.
