Children rights: care of a family, concern of the society, help of the state, attention of research workers

There is no doubt that presently the special attention of representatives of legal science and practice is paid to the issues in focus - human rights. In actual fact already from the times of Aristotle, Polybius and Cicero these issues in focus have been a subject of outstanding concern of politicians, philosophers, lawyers and research workers.
However, unfortunately, until now the proper system attention has not been paid to children rights, freedoms and legal interests. And we agree with the President Commissioner for Human Rights in Ukraine Yuriy Pavlenko in relation to that a free person will not grow from the one without rights.
