Communication style of a manager with subordinates

The problem of relations between a manager and a subordinate in any organization, especially in the civil service, is one of the most important factors of labor productivity. During one of our empirical researches on the effectiveness of municipal government in Ukraine and Russia the presence in the activity of the management of specifically communication aspects (effective working contacts and effective organizational behavior) was comparatively highly estimated [3]. According to the results of the analysis of spending working time by the leader it was stated in the USA that 59% of this time he spends on arranged meetings, appointments, 10% - for trips, reviews, 22% - for work with papers. That is more than three quarters of working time the supervisor spends on communication.
