The specifics of the development and functioning of the institute of administrative services

Today the full protection of rights and freedoms of man during providing of administrative services by the bodies of executive power of Ukraine is the most urgent issue that arises when dealing with important legal tasks within various areas of law. Settlement of the problem of determining the value orientation of the institute of administrative services during the next stage of its formation (due to the adoption of new industry regulations and the start of operation of the Unified state register of administrative services in Ukraine) places special emphasis on actuality of recognition and preservation of the rights and freedoms of man that can only be achieved by qualitative providing of available service and public services.
