Ombudsman Valeriya Lutkovska: “My goal is not criticism but contribution to the easing of the situation”

On June, 5 Valeriya Lutkovska presented in the Verkhovna Rada the Annual report on the state of human and citizen rights and freedoms observance and protection of Ukraine. She noticed that in 2012 about 100 thousand people appealed to the commissioner for human rights.
